1. Customization & Photo Submission

By uploading a photo to LuckAura, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the photo or have explicit permission to use it.

• The photo does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order containing images that are deemed offensive, high-risk, or in violation of copyrights.

2. Design Approval Process

As a custom-focused brand, our service relies on email communication:

• Email Communication: You agree to monitor your inbox (and spam folder) for messages from luckaura.me@gmail.com.

• The "Approval" Clause: Once you provide written approval ("APPROVED") via email for a design proof, the order is finalized. We are not responsible for errors (such as spelling or photo choice) that were present in the approved proof.

• Non-Response: If we do not receive a response to a proof email within 14 days, we reserve the right to either proceed with production using the current design or cancel the order.

3. Accuracy of Colors and Style

We strive to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, because different screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical print.

4. Intellectual Property

The custom artwork created by our artists is a derivative work.

• Personal Use: Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the artwork for non-commercial purposes.

• Brand Rights: LuckAura retains the rights to the artistic styles, templates, and marketing materials used. We may use the final artwork for promotional purposes (social media/website) unless you explicitly request us not to via luckaura.me@gmail.com.

5. Modifications to Prices and Service

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

6. Payments and Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
