How It Works — For All Custom Orders

Creating your custom piece is simple and collaborative. We design first, and we only produce after your approval—so everything looks right before printing.

Step 1 — Place Your Order

Choose your options (if available) and complete checkout.

Photo Tip: Clear, well-lit photos with sharp focus work best.

Step 2 — Submit Your Photo(s) & Details

After checkout, please submit your pet photo(s) and customization details using the upload form in the product description.

Preferred method: Use the upload form in the product description.
Backup method: Email 1–3 photos to luckaura.me@gmail.com
Email subject: Order #XXXX — Photos — Mug Design Template — Name / Message Notes

You may also include:

  • Pet name (if you want it added)

  • A short message (optional)

  • Any notes (background preference, etc.)

Step 3 — Proof in 24 Hours (Approval Required)

Within 24 hours after we receive your submission, we’ll send you a digital proof/preview by email.

Want changes? Reply with your edits, such as spelling, layout, or small adjustments.
Ready to proceed? Reply “APPROVED.”

Important: We follow a strict No Approval, No Production policy. Please check your Spam/Junk folder so you don’t miss our email.

Step 4 — Production & Delivery

Once approved, your order moves into production and then ships with tracking.

Production: 1–5 business days
Shipping: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)
