RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because our products are personalized for your pet, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Before Production: You can cancel or request edits when you receive your preview email from luckaura.me@gmail.com.
After Approval: Once you reply "APPROVED" via email, production begins immediately. At this stage, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake in the printing process:
Take a clear photo of the item and the packaging.
Email the photos and your order number to luckaura.me@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Change of mind after the product has been approved and printed.
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Low-quality prints due to low-resolution photos (we will try to warn you via email at luckaura.me@gmail.com during the design phase).
