RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because our products are personalized for your pet, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1) Cancellation & Edits

  • Before Production: You can cancel or request edits when you receive your preview email from luckaura.me@gmail.com.

  • After Approval: Once you reply "APPROVED" via email, production begins immediately. At this stage, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2) Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake in the printing process:

  1. Take a clear photo of the item and the packaging.

  2. Email the photos and your order number to luckaura.me@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

3) Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after the product has been approved and printed.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Low-quality prints due to low-resolution photos (we will try to warn you via email at luckaura.me@gmail.com during the design phase).
