SHIPPING POLICY

At LuckAura, we specialize in creating custom pet keepsakes made just for you. Because our products are personalized, the timeline includes two stages: Design & Approval and Production & Shipping.

1. Customization Process

To keep your order accurate and easy to review, we ask customers to submit pet photo(s) and customization details through the upload form in the product description.

Preferred submission method: Upload form in the product description
Backup method: Email your photo(s) and order details to luckaura.me@gmail.com

Initial Design: Once we receive your pet photo(s) and customization details, our team will prepare a digital proof.

Proof Delivery: You will receive a preview/proof by email within 24 hours after we receive your submission.

Your Action Required: We strictly follow a “No Approval, No Production” policy. We will only proceed with printing your physical item after you reply to our email with “APPROVED.”

Important: If you do not see our email within 24 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

2. Digital Orders (No Shipping)

Digital portraits or digital files do not include shipping or physical delivery.

Timeline: Final high-resolution files will be delivered by email after you approve the design.

3. Physical Orders (Printed Items & Pet Accessories)

For physical products, the total delivery time is:

Production Time

  • Design Phase: Proof sent within 24 hours after we receive your submission

  • Manufacturing: 1–5 business days after your proof is approved

Note: Delays in approval will directly affect the final delivery date.

Shipping Time (Estimated)

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated transit times are:

  • United States & United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 3–10 business days, depending on destination

4. Shipping Rates & Taxes

We aim to keep shipping simple and transparent.

  • US & UK: Free standard shipping on all orders

  • Other Countries: Flat shipping fee of $6.90

  • Duties & Taxes: All prices include duties and taxes. You should not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your physical order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number.

Tracking Activation: Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Multiple Items: If your order includes different products, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery for each item.

6. Address Changes & Corrections

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Changes: If you notice an error, contact us immediately at luckaura.me@gmail.com. Once your order has entered production or has already shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

7. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

We want you to love your LuckAura keepsakes.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • the damaged item

  • the shipping packaging

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
