We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, items must be:

Important Note on Handmade Pieces
Each Luckaura piece is made using natural crystals and handcrafted techniques.
This means variations in shape, texture, color, and detail are natural and expected.
These differences are not considered defects, but part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.
Returns based on personal preference or natural variations may not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
