At Luckaura, each piece is handcrafted and one of a kind — created with intention, not mass-produced. Because of this, our return policy is designed to be fair while honoring the unique nature of every piece.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Note on Handmade Pieces

Each Luckaura piece is made using natural crystals and handcrafted techniques.
This means variations in shape, texture, color, and detail are natural and expected.

These differences are not considered defects, but part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.

Returns based on personal preference or natural variations may not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours at luckaura.me@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • Return shipping details

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different piece, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must meet the same return conditions:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
